Program will consist of several knowledgeable panelists who will first make a short presentation on their viewpoints pertaining to the decisions made by the Japanese War Council in October 1941 to go to war. The presentations then will be followed by a meaningful discussion with the audience on the topic. Aim and goal of the seminar is to determine if history could have unfolded differently in the fall of 1941.
